Delivery and Payment

Please check our terms and conditions of hire before booking as you will

be asked to sign a hire agreement when we deliver the castle.

Ensure your venue is large enough to site the castle. Please allow 1metre

At the sides of the castle and 2 metres at the back for the blower.

We will call you usually the day before your booking to confirm.

Our payment terms are cash on delivery, sorry we are unable to accept

cheques. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card this can be done via Paypal

just give us a call for details. But please ensure payment is made 24hrs before your booked date.

If for any reason you need to cancel there is no cancellation charge as long as we have not set off to deliver your castle.

Please understand due to health and safety there are times that it will be unsafe to set up a bouncy castle ie in very strong winds. In this situation unfortunately we will have to cancel the hire and you will not be charged.
